libdmapsharing-3.0-2 software package provides DMAP client and server library - runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdmapsharing-3.0-2
libdmapsharing-3.0-2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdmapsharing-3.0-2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdmapsharing-3.0-2 *
